Right of withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 7 days of the product being delivered to them or to the person or organisation at the address they indicated. To exercise this right, abtdogalurunler.com must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within that period, and the product must not have been used within the terms of the relevant provisions. Where this right is exercised, a copy of the courier delivery record showing that the product delivered to the BUYER or to a third party has been sent to abtdogalurunler.com must be returned together with the original invoice. The price of the product is refunded to the BUYER within 7 days of these documents being received. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of a product returned under the right of withdrawal is borne by the BUYER.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that by their nature cannot be returned, single-use products, or products that perish quickly or have passed their expiry date. Exercising the right of withdrawal is conditional on the product's packaging being unopened and undamaged and the product being unused.

The consumer also cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for goods produced to the consumer's own specifications and requests, or personalised by making changes or additions to them.

Return process

• You may return the product you purchased, without opening, damaging or spoiling its packaging and without using it, in the condition in which you received it, within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Before returning the product within the stated period, you must complete the form in the contact section of abtdogalurunler.com, including the product invoice number and your order number. In that form you must briefly explain why you wish to return the product. Once abtdogalurunler.com has received this notification, we will tell you where and how to return the product. Once we have sent you that information, you may place the product you wish to return in its original packaging and deliver it to the stated address by any courier company or in person.
• Open and check any package you believe was damaged in transit in front of the delivery company representative. If there is any damage to the product, have the courier company draw up a record and do not accept the delivery.
• Please note that once the product has been accepted, you are deemed to have accepted that the courier company fulfilled its duty in full.
• Where any opening, spoiling, breakage, damage, tearing, use or similar condition is found on the product or its packaging, and where the product cannot be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer, the return will not be accepted.
