Shipping policy
Your orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo.
Shipping cost
- Shipping is free on orders of 2,000 TL and over.
- On orders below 2,000 TL the shipping cost is calculated as 150 TL.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the payment step according to your order total.
Preparation and delivery time
Orders placed on weekdays before 15.00 are handed to the courier the same day; orders placed later go out on the next working day. There are no courier dispatches at weekends or on public holidays.
Delivery time varies according to the courier company's service network. Within Istanbul it is usually 1 working day, and 1 to 3 working days in other provinces.
Tracking your parcel
When your order is handed to the courier, the tracking number is sent by e-mail. With the tracking number you can follow the status of your shipment through Yurtiçi Kargo.
On delivery
Check the outer packaging when you receive the parcel. If you see denting, tearing or damp, have the courier draw up a record and do not accept the parcel. Damage cannot be pursued for reports made without a record.
If you are not at the address, the courier company will call you and the parcel will be held at the branch. When the waiting period at the branch expires, the parcel is returned to us.
Return shipments
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer. For a defective or incorrectly sent product, we cover the return shipping cost.
