How to use

  1. Put three or four mounds into a glass of warm water.
  2. Leave for fifteen minutes and wait for the colour to come out.
  3. Drink the water it was soaked in, or add it to food.
  4. Store in a dry, dark, closed container.

Ingredients and purity

One hundred per cent pure saffron stigmas (Crocus sativus).

No additives, dyes or fillers. Saffron is harvested by hand, and about two hundred flowers are processed for one gram.

Scent and feel

Honeyed and herbal, with a slightly metallic depth. It gives a golden colour when brewed.

A quick release of colour and a clear aroma are signs of purity; fake saffron does not colour.

Who it suits, who it does not

Suitable for: a daily herbal tea, in adults.

Caution: it is a food supplement and is not used to prevent or treat disease. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding and in children. If you take medication regularly, consult your doctor. Do not exceed two or three cups a day. Saffron should not be consumed in large amounts; a few stigmas a day is enough.
