About the product
Botanical name: Glycyrrhiza glabra.
Made by separating licorice root sticks into fibres so that they brew better.
How to use
- Put a dessert spoon of the herb into a glass of boiling water.
- Cover and leave to brew for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Strain before drinking, and add honey if you like.
- Store in a closed jar in a dry, dark place.
Ingredients and purity
One hundred per cent dried liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra).
No additives, aromas or added sugar. The sweetness comes from the plant's own compounds.
