Botanical name: Melissa officinalis.
Produced in line with the standards for harvest time, drying method and packaging.
How to use
- Put a dessert spoon of the herb into a glass of boiling water.
- Cover and leave to brew for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Strain before drinking, and add honey if you like.
- Store in a closed jar in a dry, dark place.
Ingredients and purity
One hundred per cent dried lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis).
No additives, aromas or fillers. The leaves are dried whole, not powdered.
Scent and feel
Lemony and herbal, lightly sweet. It gives a pale yellow-green colour when brewed.
Its scent is soft, never sharp.
