Obtained by cold pressing. It contains no additives or preservatives. It is 100% pumpkin seed oil.
Pumpkin seed oil contains many vitamins that are good for the body. The main ones are:
Pumpkin seed oil is rich in vitamin E, a strong antioxidant.
Pumpkin seed oil also contains vitamin A.
Among the B group it contains in particular vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin) and B6 (pyridoxine).
Pumpkin seed oil also contains many minerals that matter in a healthy diet. The main ones are zinc, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus and copper.
How to use
- Massage it into the scalp, leave for an hour and wash out.
- In skin care, a few drops at night.
- It can be used as a carrier oil in blends.
- Store in a cool, dark place.
