About the product
The colour of bay laurel oil may range from pale yellow to golden tones depending on the production method. Its aroma may be lighter or more intense depending on the growing region, the harvest time and the distillation process.
A glass dropper is sent with this product in addition to its own stoppered dropper.
How to use
- Add 3 to 5 drops to 100 ml of water in a diffuser.
- If you are applying it to the skin, mix at most 2 drops into 10 ml of carrier oil.
- A single drop on a tissue is enough to scent a room.
Ingredients and purity
One hundred per cent pure bay laurel essential oil (Laurus nobilis), obtained by steam distillation from the leaves.
It is undiluted and no carrier oil has been added.
Scent and feel
A spicy, warm leaf, with a slightly camphorous sharpness on top and a woody sweetness underneath. The kitchen scent of bay leaf, concentrated.
Medium volatility. It stays noticeable in a room.
Who it suits, who it does not
Suitable for: muscle and joint massage when diluted, in a diffuser, and in soap and cosmetics making.
Caution: it is a pure essential oil and is not applied directly to the skin. It may cause skin sensitivity, so do not exceed the dilution ratio. Not to be used during pregnancy or under the age of six.
