Eucalyptus globulus grown without any chemical treatment or poison
an essential oil obtained by steam distillation from eucalyptus leaves.

How to use
- Add 3 to 5 drops to 100 ml of water in a diffuser.
- For a steam bath, add 2 drops to hot water and cover your head with a towel.
- If you are applying it to the skin, mix at most 2 drops into 10 ml of carrier oil.
Ingredients and purity
One hundred per cent pure eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus globulus), obtained by steam distillation from the leaves.
It is rich in cineole and undiluted.
Scent and feel
Sharp and camphorous, with a medicinal opening on top and a woody base underneath. A strong scent that gives a sense of cleanliness.
Highly volatile, a top note. It fills a room quickly.
Who it suits, who it does not
Suitable for: winter use in a diffuser, steam baths, chest and back massage when diluted.
Caution: it is a pure essential oil and is not applied directly to the skin. Not for children under six or for babies. If you have asthma or respiratory sensitivity, start with a low dose. Avoid contact with the eyes.

- How do I take a steam bath?
- Put hot water in a bowl and add two drops, cover your head with a towel and breathe for five minutes. Keep your eyes closed.
- Can it be used on babies?
- It should not be used. Under the age of six, oils high in cineole and menthol such as eucalyptus and peppermint are not recommended.
- Can it be used together with peppermint?
- The two are often used together in a diffuser; do not exceed five drops in total.
